  • Have strong attention to detail, ability to address small problems and needed corrections.
  • Have good organizational skills, ability to manage many details without becoming overwhelmed.
  • Don't NEED to have everyone like them.
  • Are able to see the "forest" and the "trees", the overall goal and the small pieces of the project.
  • Are able to work with different personalities, being tolerant of different styles and learning how to encourage and challenge team members, "bring 'people and work' together."
