The world is a very violent and
dangerous filled with both physical, psychological, and spiritual risks.
This is the reason why the world is potentially harmful to Christians.
Non-Christians and
Christians often take up views of God that are completely different from
eachother. Here are a couple of surveys that relate to the topic.
As you can see, we have a
lot of different views of God and his "behavior".
One thing that a lot
of Non-Christians do is know who Jesus is but they won't get to know Him.
There's a very big difference. Some examples of knowing who Jesus is is
just saying something like: "He's the guy that died on a cross".
Notice the lack of emphasis on cross. It's not the cross, it's a
cross. Some examples of getting to know Him could be praying to Him or
meditating on God's word.
